Sam supports people in creating their way forward, to help foster a growth mindset in the face of challenges and stress to enhance their performance and achieve their very top tier.

Sam's coaching approach has been described by her thinkers as compassionate, curious and innovative; always creating a highly supportive environment to facilitate what is (at times!) uncomfortable challenge. She is client-centred, and supports her thinkers in exploring different perspectives within a creative space that feels right for them. Often drawing inspiration from nature and the coaching environment. Sam contracts for curiosity, holding her thinkers accountable for how they utilise their coaching time.

A golden thread that has woven throughout Sam's career is education; from running a public engagement department in various zoological societies, teaching formal and informal foundation level learning to running an education and development department, Sam's strength lies in helping her learners find their spark, and the best way to nurture their passion. Sam believes that through unpicking motivation, and making meaningful steps (no matter how small) can create substantial and beneficial change. Sam is conscientious in evolving her pedagogy, learning and applied communication theory to considerately meet the development and pastoral needs of all she works with.
