Referral Details

If you would like to refer a cat to me for a behaviour consult please note:

- As a candidate member of FABC, I cannot accept insurance claims at this time. As soon as I have achieved Clinical Animal Behaviour status and full membership with FABC I can accept insurance claims for owners who are insured with a pet insurance company that will pay for behaviour consults. 

- I must receive the cats clinical history and the FABC behaviour referral form from you before I can conduct the behaviour consult

- I will e-mail you a copy of the behaviour report once complete, for your records.
